Pinhole 01:59
When the world is in darkness Then I gain a second sight And I turn to the needle To admit a little light. Gotta break out of the night. With my pinhole ... With my little pinhole I see time set out in space. It’s a window to the soul Of a history-free place. The people fade and disappear. Night and day become as one. The seasons cut down to a smear Behind the movement of the sun. With my pinhole ...

Provia 02:19
Wake up, I pull out bits of broken teeth. There’s a picture of me smiling And kissing a girl But she’s no longer here. Stand on the bridge And look at the railway station. There’s a frame in Fuji Provia Of the old grain silo And it’s no longer there. There’s parallel worlds, there’s parallel times. It’s in my eyes and it’s in my mind. The one out there is not the only one. The one out there is not the only one. The one out there is not the only one. It all looks different in C41.

Study myself in the glass, Reflecting on my distant past. The pits and craters on my face Remind me of my trip to space. I think we had a real blast But the past stays firmly in the past. No self-portraits anymore. Nothing to remember what I saw. I left my camera on the moon. Didn’t know we were going home so soon. Thought we’d be back before we knew, But that was 1972. Looked down at the sky. Then the moon hit my eyes. And I saw we’d arrived And it was so cold and so beautiful. Took a few snapshots of my feet. It’s a cliché but the background was really neat. And I can’t help be a little sad. It’s the only Hasselblad I ever had. I left my camera on the moon. Didn’t know we were going home so soon. Thought we’d be back before we knew, But that was 1972.

Disposable 01:57
Some people think you always gotta do what it says on the box. Some people think you always gotta do what other people do. But don't take it back, don't take it back, don't take it back. Don't take your disposable camera back. Some people think you always gotta do what the experts say. Some people think you always gotta do what you tell them to do. So open up the back, open up the back, open up the back. Open your disposable camera up. You don't need a darkroom to take out the film cause it winds from the take-up spool into the cartridge. All you gotta do is reach in and take it. Put in a new one in and wind back to the start, back to the ... Some people think you always gotta do what it says on the box. Some people think you always gotta do what other people do. But don't take it back, don't take it back, don't take it back. Don't take your disposable camera back.

Agfa Clack 02:15
I once met a drunken debutante With a voice like Joan Greenwood. She said she was a descendant Of Ignatius Loyola. I shot her once. I shot her twice. Snap snap snap went my Agfa Clack. And when a coked-up football hooligan Took exception to my evening dress, I told him that a gentleman Should never wear brown in London. I shot him once I shot him twice Snap snap snap went my Agfa Clack Kool aid escapades With Yé-yé girls and Yé-yé boys. Hanging out in the souks With the Bashi Bazouks. It’s a colourful life. It’s a colourful lie. And when I was a rough rider Going bareback in the woods. I invented the Cuba Libre Siphoned from a radiator. I took one shot. I took two shots. Snap snap snap went my Agfa Clack. Widescreen life, Widescreen lies. I like to put it under the knife. Life’s little regrets With a little vignette. It’s a colourful life. It’s a colourful lie.

Ektachrome 02:05
The camera never lies But it doesn't depict what you see with your own eyes. And each time I see your face All my recollections disappear without a trace Cause how can we know what we see When seeing is only a memory? So all I wanna do is capture The light as it falls on your perfect bone structure Ektachrome I want to get you alone. Just you and me And a roll of 100G. Turn your head to the sky And tell me that blue doesn’t make you wanna die So now would you like your immortality To be even more real than reality? Ektachrome I want to get you alone. Just you and me And a roll of 100G. Ektachrome Once again I'm alone. With a roll of 100G But I wish it was you and me.

I met her in the automat. She had her Oktomat. It was buzzing as it shot Eight frames on the dot. It was really something hot. We span around in the dryer. She came like a messiah. We couldn’t get any higher. Stroboscopically inspired, Until her film expired. Oktavia, Oktavia She’s always buzzing around. Oktavia, Oktavia She’s got that buzzing sound. I met her in the automat She had her Oktomat It was buzzing as it shot Oktavia, Oktavia She’s always buzzing around. Oktavia, Oktavia She’s got that buzzing sound.

Got my first real camera In the summer of ‘09. And those were the days of never-ending sunshine. I’ve never been happier. It was a point and shoot affair. I could shoot without a care. They were the best shots of my life. Now those days are over and the sun no longer shines. And I find myself shooting black and white most of the time. I’m in too deep, I’m turning new tricks, I’m making my own D76. I’m cooking up blix and I’m pushing E6 And I can’t stop now. They found me With ascorbic acid A hundred mils of coffee And a bag of washing soda. I was all washed out. My developer had finally run out. Trying to replenish my replenisher But it was D.N.R. beyond doubt. I was over exposed, Double superimposed And my chemicals decomposed. I just wanna have a shot Like I shot you back then. I just wanna shoot you Again and again. Again and again and again and again and again.

Reverse your film and capture the moment. Capture it red-handed, before the sun has landed beyond the edge of darkness. Reversal film will keep your colours true Even after time has dissolved all it ever meant to you. Can you capture how it feels? When the sun goes down. Waiting for that perfect moment, Remember all the time you’ve lost is worth infinitely more than it cost. Can you capture how it feels? When the sun goes down. When you’re feeling sad do you like to watch the sunset? Would you like a picture to keep?
